摘要
本文以A市B区为例探讨灵活就业人员中个体工商户群体参加社会基本养老保险存在的问题和成因,并提出意见和建议,希望对建立完善的社会保障制度和全民覆盖的养老保险体系提供参考。
Taking B District of A City as an example, this paper explores the problems and causes of individual business man ＇s participation in basic endowment insurance and puts forward opinions and suggestions in the hope of providing reference for establishing a perfect social security system and universal coverage of pension insurance system.
