国际EPC工程项目的费用统计与控制实践

Cost Statistic and Control Application in International EPC Project

因国际EPC项目建设环境与国内存在差异,国内造价资料体系无法适用。建立适应第三国度建设环境差异的项目费用控制体系,实现项目的费用控制目标,对国际EPC项目建设意义重大。本文通过在建的南美洲哥伦比亚的燃煤电站项目,系统地介绍了此项目的费用控制体系,供同类项目参考借鉴。

Due to the difference between the construction environment of EPC projects in China and abroad, China＇s cost information system can not be applied. Establishing a project cost control system that adapts to the differences in the construction environment in the third country and realizing the cost control objectives of the project is of great significance to the construction of an international EPC project. This article systematically introduces the cost control system of this project through the project of coal-fired power station under construction in South America and Colombia for the reference of similar projects.
