碳纤维混凝土弯曲疲劳试验研究

摘要 对加入体积含量为0.1%的碳纤维混凝土进行了疲劳试验研究,获得了不同应力水平作用下的碳纤维混凝土试件的疲劳寿命,和已有的素混凝土文献资料对比,疲劳寿命次数有较大的提高。并应用了疲劳寿命统计学理论确定了碳纤维混凝土疲劳寿命统计规律服从两参数的威布尔分布。对每组试件底部应变进行曲线拟合,发现应变在100范围内增长曲线基本都符合对数曲线拟合,且找到了在本文中应力水平对应的跨中底部应变和疲劳次数的最好关系表达式。 In this research, reinforced concrete with 0.1% of carbon fiber was tested and various ranges of fatigue life of carbon fiber reinforced concrete specimens under different stress levels were obtained. Compared with the existing concrete literature, the fatigue life times were improved greatly. The fatigue life statistics of carbon fiber reinforced concrete were determined by the fatigue life statistic theory called Two-parameter Weibull distribution. The curves of the bottom strain of each specimen were fitted, the result showed that the growth curve of the strain is basically in accordance with the logarithmic curve fitting in the range of 100. Furthermore, the stress level corresponds to the optimal relationship between the bottom strain and the number of fatigue were found in the test.
