摘要 根据600MW机组运行情况,阐述了4号机组的立式斜流循环水泵振动大的原因是由于原循环泵易发生汽蚀所致,因此对改造前参数进行计算和分析,从而对电机和水力部件进行改造,改造后在叶轮室及导叶体面上设有圆形密封圈槽,利于减振。改造之后循环泵振动有较大幅度的减小,循环泵运行参数良好,可以有效提高循环泵运行的安全性,减少了设备损耗,延长使用寿命。 According to the operation of 600 MW unit, the reason why the vertical diagonal flow circulating pump of Unit 4 is large in vibration is explained by the fact that the original circulating pump is prone to cavitation. Therefore, the parameters before modification are calculated and analyzed, so as to transform the motor and hydraulic components. After the transformation, a circular seal groove is arranged on the impeller room and guide vane body surface, which will help reduce vibration. After the transformation, the vibration of the circulation pump is greatly reduced, and the operation parameters of the circulation pump are good, which can effectively improve the operation safety of the circulation pump, reduce the equipment loss and prolong the service life.
