浅谈河南省金融外语人才培养策略

On the Training Strategy of Financial Foreign Language Talents in Henan Province

随着我国金融行业的快速发展,金融业对于人才的需求呈现出多元化特点。其中一个重要表现便是对高端金融外语人才,即"金融+外语"、"外语+金融"复合型人才的需求日渐急迫。目前,河南省市场对于金融外语人才的需要与河南省金融外语人才的数量之间存在严重的供需矛盾。针对这一现象,文章从课程设置角度出发,探索找出原因,并提出解决对策,使河南省金融外语教学能顺应市场的潮流,为市场培养符合实际需要的人才,从而进一步促进中原地区经济的发展。

With the rapid development of the financial industry in China, the demand of the financial industry for talents shows diversified characteristics. One of the most important manifestations is the ever-increasing demand for high-quality financial foreign language talents, that is, ＂financial ＋ foreign language＂ and ＂foreign language ＋ financial＂ compound talents. At present, there is a serious contradiction between supply and demand for the need of financial foreign language talents in Henan market and the number of financial foreign language talents in Henan Province. In response to this phenomenon, the article explores and finds out the reasons from the perspective of curriculum setting, and proposes solutions to make the teaching of foreign languages in Henan can follow the tide of the market, train qualified personnel to meet the actual needs and thus further promote the economic development of central plains.
