基于卓越绩效准则的高等教育质量评价分析

Analysis on the Evaluation of the Quality of Higher Education Based on the Criteria for Performance Excellence

在分析高等教育质量评价方法现状的基础上,基于卓越绩效准则,对高等教育质量评价进行了分析,其结果表明,将卓越绩效评价准则引入到高等教育质量评价中,一方面能克服以往高等教育评价指标体系所带来的弊端,另一方面也为高校教育质量评价的管理带来了一定的创新性,这对高等教育质量进行客观评价提供一些可借鉴的参考依据。

On the basis of the current situation of the evaluation method of higher education,this paper analyses the quality evaluation of higher education based on the criteria for performance excellence. The results show that introducing the criteria for performance excellence to the evaluation of higher education quality, on the one hand, we can overcome the disadvantages of previous evaluation index system of higher education, on the other hand also bring the innovation of the management for the education quality of higher education.This paper puts forward some suggestions and implications to the objective evaluation of higher education quality.
