摘要
介绍了一个基于RFID技术的信息管理系统。该系统的主站采用S7-1500型的PLC,RFID采用德国图尔克公司的高频读写头,电子标签采用64KB存储,应用西门子以太网实现整个系统的控制。通过现场信息的采集,再与生产计划、排程排序相结合,可对生产上的车辆跟踪,完成混线生产。系统的结构简单、经济、实用。
This paper introduces an information management system based on RFID technology. The main station of this system adopts S7-1500 type PLC, and RFID uses the high-frequency read-write head of Germany Turck Company, the electronic label adopts 64 KB storage, and it applies Siemens Ethernet to realize the control of the whole system. Through the collection of on-site information, and then combined with the production plan and scheduling, production vehicles can be tracked to complete mixed-line production. The system＇s structure is simple, economical and practical.
