摘要 为准确检测变压器油纸绝缘系统的健康状态,利用试验方法分别测试了水分、热老化和温度三种因素对频域介电谱(FDS)的影响。在实验室内完成试品的制备和试验平台的搭建,通过绝缘诊断仪IDAX300分别对制备好的水分和老化试品在特定温度下进行FDS测试,并得到相应的试验数据和图像。试验研究表明:在全频域10^(-4)~10~3Hz内水分、热老化、温度对FDS有着不同的影响规律,且在频域10^(-4)~10^(-2)Hz内随着水分含量、热老化时间、温度的增大介质损耗tanδ也逐渐增大,该方法为准确检测变压器的健康状态提供了理论依据。 In order to accurately detect the health status of transformer oil paper insulation system, experiments were carried out to testthe three influence factors including moisture, thermal aging and temperature on the frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy (FDS). Thesamples were prepared and the test platform was built in the laboratory. The prepared moisture and aging samples were respectively tested atspecific temperature by diagnostic instrument IDAX300 and the corresponding test data and image were obtained. The test results show thatthe effects of water, thermal aging, temperature on FDS is different in the frequency domain from 10-4 Hz to 103 Hz, and the dielectric losstanδ increases gradually with the increase of moisture content, thermal aging time and temperature in the frequency domain from 10-4 Hz to10-2 Hz. This method provides a theoretical basis for the accurate detection of the transformer health status.
