Key cultivation techniques of 'Red Globe' grape in Jiaxing

‘红地球’葡萄作为嘉兴市葡萄栽培的主要品种之一,2016年种植面积达到2233 hm^2,占全市葡萄面积的30%。生产栽培过程中常遇到的花芽分化障碍、成熟期过迟、生产成本较高等问题。针对上述问题,提出了通过提早摘心、控制氮肥施用量来提高花芽分化率,减少了人工成本;通过选择砧木、适时摘心、控制产量、双膜覆盖、修剪技术、铺设反光膜、主干环剥等技术提早成熟期等措施,实现了嘉兴地区红地球葡萄节本、提质、增效的目的。

'Red Globe' grapes as one of the main varieties of grape cultivation in Jiaxing, planted area reached 2233 hm^2, accounting for 30% of the city's total grape area in 2016. Flower bud differentiation disorders, maturation late, higher labor costs and other problems often encountered in the process of production and cultivation. To solve the above problems, it was proposed that the rate of flower bud differentiation could be increased by early pinching and controlling the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied, and the labor cost could be reduced; it was necessary that in advanced of the maturity period by selecting rootstock, timely pinching, controlling the yield, double film covering and pruning technology, laying reflective film, trunk girding. The measures to attain the purpose of 'Red Globe' grape saving cost, improving quality and increasing efficiency in Jiaxing.
