摘要
现代社会的发展离不开化学,在化学与生活接轨的过程中高炉起着重要作用,而高炉最重要的一个性能就是其熔滴性。高炉的熔滴性指在一定的条件下对固体、液体、分解的程度,比如在高温以二氧化锰做催化剂条件下,分解高锰酸钾。本文主要以焦炭为实验对象来测试高炉的熔滴性。利用高炉对焦炭热态性能的研究,观察不同的气压、温度、焦炭的软化程度对实验的影响。研究表明焦炭的量与软化程度、高炉上空区的温度、高炉内的气压都会影响炉料的熔滴性。
The development of modern society is inseparable from chemistry. In the process of integrating between chemistry and life, blast furnace plays an important role, and the most important property of blast furnace is its droplet.Blast furnace droplet refers to the degree of decomposition of solid, liquid under certain conditions, for example,the decomposition of potassium permanganate under the condition of high temperature with manganese dioxide as catalyst.In this paper, coke is used as the experimental object to test the droplet property of blast furnace.The efect of diferent air pressure, temperature and softening degree of coke on the experiment is observed by studying coke thermal properties using the blast furnace.The results show that the amount of coke and the softening degree,the temperature of the blast furnace upper zone and the pressure in the blast furnace all afect the melting droplet of the furnace burden.
