摘要
在实际的使用中,对远传密封件DLC涂层的各种特性进行了分析。通过分析发现,DLC涂层的耐磨损的能力远远大于陶瓷类涂层,比常规耐磨损涂层的使用寿命高出10倍;另外DLC涂层的标准厚度非常薄,从而对变送器的测量精度完全没有影响;同时,DLC涂层在综合抗腐蚀和防氢渗能力上的表现极其突出。
in the actual use, various characteristics of DLC coating are analyzed. The analysis shows that the wear resistance of DLC coating is far greater than that of ceramic coating, which is 10 times higher than the conventional wear resistance coating. In addition, the standard thickness of the DLC coating is very thin, which has no infuence on the measurement accuracy of the transmitter. At the same time, DLC coating is extremely prominent in the comprehensive anti-corrosion and anti-hydrogen permeability.
