摘要 本文主要阐述了催化裂化催化剂的化学组成和作用机理,并详细介绍了齐鲁石化MLC-500和兰州石化LDC-200催化剂在宁夏石化重油催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。结果表明,MLC-500和LDC-200催化剂在产品分布上表现出一定差异,MLC-500汽油收率比LDC-200低3.31%;然而,在轻收方面MLC-500比LDC-200高1.58%。二者焦炭选择性相近,总液收相差不大,由此看出两种催化剂在不同的生产方案中均能表现出优异的催化性能。 This article mainly expounds the chemical composition and mechanism of catalytic cracking catalyst, and introduces in detail the MLC-500 and LDC-200 catalyst in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Ningxia petrochemical industrial application. The results show that the MLC-500 catalyst and LDC-200 displays a certain diference in the product distribution, gasoline yield of MLC-500 is lower than the LDC -200 about 3.31%; However, light oil yield of MLC-500 is higher than the LDC-200 about 1.58%.The coke selectivity and total liquid were similar, Therefore, two kinds of catalysts in diferent production scheme can exhibit excellent catalytic performance.
