摘要
本论文通过Factsage软件对CaF_2-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-TiO_2五元渣系的熔化性温度进行了计算,为冶金行业提供数据支持,采用正交实验分析。研究表明,五项组分对五元渣系熔化性温度的影响均不显著。本实验条件下五元渣系CaF_2-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-TiO_2的最佳配比为:CaF_2质量分数30%,CaO质量分数22%,Al_2O_3质量分数29%,SiO_2质量分数3%,TiO_2质量分数固定6%。
In this paper, the melting temperature of CaF2-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2 fve element slag system has been calculated by Factsage software, providing data support for metallurgical industry, and using orthogonal experimental analysis. The study shows that the efects of the fve components on the melting temperature of the fve element slag system are not signifcant. Under the experimental conditions, the best ratio of CaF2-CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-TiO2 fve element slag system is CaF2 mass fraction 30%, CaO mass fraction 22%, Al2O3 mass fraction 29%, SiO2 mass fraction 3%, TiO2 mass fraction fxed 6%.
