Quality risk management is a systematic process. Because of the special position of supplier＇s product quality in purchasing, it determines that the product quality risk control is the core of petrochemical products in the purchasing risk control.This paper introduces the background, purpose and methods of SINOPEC oil quality risk identifcation and control activities, at the same time, it also notifes the initial program of risk identifcation and control of the company＇s product quality.
