摘要
以5-羟基间苯二甲酸二甲酯为起始原料,通过酯化反应、Sonogashira偶联反应和脱三甲基硅基反应制得5-乙炔基间苯二甲酸二甲酯,其结构通过1H NMR和熔点与已知数据比较确定。该化合物作为一种重要的有机中间体,在合成金属-有机框架(MOFs)等其它功能材料方面有着重要的应用价值。
5-ethynyl isophthalic acid dimethyl ester was prepared by esterification of the raw material 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid dimethyl ester, sonogashira coupling reaction and removal of trimethylsilyl (TMS) group. The structure was confirmed by comparing tH NMR and melting point with known data. This compound is an important organic intermediate, which can be applied in the synthesis of metal-organic framework and other functional materials.
