超声强化乳化柴油制备及节油性能研究

摘要 利用超声波作为强化手段,Span80和烷基酚聚醚A复配制备乳化柴油,考察了复配HLB值对稳定性的影响,以及在75GF型柴油发电机上测定了含水量、环烷酸钴对乳化柴油的节油性能的影响。实验结果表明:超声频率为20 k Hz,声压为150 V,作用时间为10 min时,乳化柴油稳定性最好;同时,当m(Span80)︰m(A)︰m(环烷酸钴)=9︰5︰6,最高节油率为8.24%。 The diesel-water emulsions were prepared by ultrasonic mixing with nonionic surfactants Span80 and nonyl-phenol polyoxyethylene A. The effect of HLB values on stability of emulsified diesel oil was investigated, and the effect of the water content and cobalt naphthenate on fuel saving were measured on the Model 75GF diesel engine. Results showed that the stability of emulsified diesel oil is the best when the ultrasonic frequency is 20 kHz, the sound intensity is 150 V, and the operation time is 10 min. The optimum emulsifying conditions for the system: m(Span80) : m(A) : m(cobalt naphthenate)=9 : 5 : 6, and the highest fuel saving rate was 8.24 %.
