2016年宁波农村生活饮用水现状调查及建议

Investigation and Suggestion on Drinking Water in Rural Areas of Ningbo in 2016

农村饮用水安全,关系到每个农村人民的安全健康。本文通过调查宁波市农村地表水、饮用水厂出水现状进行分析,为农村饮用水安全提供合理建议。调查表明,宁波市农村地表水中,铝元素和铁元素超标;而其他指标中,pH指标偏低,部分水体酸性较高。因此,建议工艺上,加强出水口在线监测,保证饮用水质量;而从长远角度来看,应该加强农村饮用水监测平台建设,从原水、出厂水、管网水、龙头水等各个环节保证饮用水安全;最后从法律法规上,加强农村饮用水源地的保护。

The safety of drinking water in rural areas is related to the safety and health of every rural people. This paper analyzed the current situation of rural surface water and drinking water plants in Ningbo City, and provided reasonable suggestions for rural drinking water safety. The investigation showed that the elements of aluminum and iron exceed the standard in rural surface water, while the pH is lower than the limited. Therefore, suggestions from the laws and regulations, strengthen the protection of rural drinking water sources; from the process, strengthen water online monitoring, ensure the quality of drinking water; from a long-term perspective, we should strengthen the rural drinking water monitoring platform construction, from the source water and finished water, the water pipe network and other aspects to ensure the safety of drinking water.
