摘要
Cu系硫族半导体纳米材料具有较高的能量转换效率、较高的光学吸收系数、良好光稳定性和相对低的毒性等优点,展现出不同的光学、电学和结构特性,近些年来获得了广泛的关注。本文综述了的Cu系硫族半导体纳米材料的主要类型和近年来国内外的应用领域研究进展,最后,结合现存问题提出了今后的研究方向。
Cu-based chalcogenide semicondutor nanostructure materials have acquired wide attention in the recem years for their advantages of high energy conversion efficiency, high optical absorption coefficient, good light stability and relatively low toxicity, showing the different optical, electrical, and structural characteristics. In this paper, the types and application progress of Cu-based chalcogenide semicondutor nanostructure materials are reviewed. Finally, the future research direction is put forward according to the existing problems.
