EXCEL模拟计算三元部分互溶体系多级萃取过程实例

摘要 以间苯二酚(A)-水(B)-正丁醇(S)部分互溶体系为例,利用EXCEL计算环境,通过其自带的"IF条件判断"、"单变量求解"和MINVERSE及MMULT函数功能,实现了多级逆流和错流萃取理论级数的自动试差计算,并通过各级萃取率及总萃取率的求取,分析了两种萃取工艺的优劣。与图解法相比,采用EXCEL可方便快捷准确地完成试差过程,无需编程,因而可以解决老师讲述试差过程耗时较长等问题,有利于课堂中的教与学。 With resorcinol(B)-water(A)-n-butylalcohol(S) system as an example, the computation process with trial and error method was achieved automatically by EXCEL involving these functions including "IF", "Goal Seek", "'MINVERSE'" and "MMULT". Then, the process features of multi-stage counter current and cross-flow extraction have been discussed by the calculation of extraction rates. Compared with the graphic method, the calculation by EXCEL without programming can accomplish test process accurately and promptly which could shorten the teaching time and be beneficial to teaching and learning in a classroom.
