摘要
为了研究制备细化CL-20的方法,本文以工业级CL-20为原材料,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,分别以正庚烷和正己烷为非溶剂,通过喷射法制备超细的CL-20,并对制备出的超细CL-20的形貌和晶型进行了分析与表征。结果表明,喷射法可以达到细化效果;选用正庚烷为非溶剂、溶质为4.06 g、温度为40℃时细化效果最好,细化后CL-20的平均粒径约在510 nm左右。实验所得结果可为含能材料的相关研究提供参考。
In order to research the methods to refine CL-20, the industrial class CL-20, ethyl acetate was chosen as raw material and solvent respectively and n-heptane n-hexane was set as non-solvents. The ultrafine CL-20 was prepared by spray method and the morphology and panicle size was analyzed. The result shows that spray method can meet the requirement of refining, the average particle size was 510 nm when n-heptane was chosen as non-solvent which weigh 4.06 g and the experiment temperature was set 40℃, what shows better refining effect. This research will provide further guide for the research of energetic material.
