3,5,6-三氯吡啶-2-醇钠的合成研究

摘要 以三氯乙酰氯和丙烯腈为原料,CuCl为主催化剂,经加成环合与芳构化合成三氯吡啶醇钠,考察了辅助催化剂种类及用量因素对合成收率的影响。研究结果显示,以邻二氯苯为溶剂,RhCl_3为辅助催化剂,可显著缩短反应时间,提高醇钠收率。醇钠收率可达75.8%,纯度达89.9%。 Sodium 3,5,6-1richloropyridin-2-ol was synthesized through the steps of addition, cyclization and aromatization with raw materials of trichloroacetyl choloride and acrylonitrile, catalysed by CuCI. The effect of the synthesis parameters on the synthesis yield was detailedly investigated, such as co-catalysts. The results showed that the use of o-xylene as the solvent and RhCI3 as the co-catalyst was able to significantly short the reaction time, and improve the yield of the product. The yield of the product was as high as 75.8 %, and the purity was up to 89.9 %.
