摘要
《食品生物化学》是许昌学院食品与生物工程学院本科生开设的一门专业基础课,本文对141名本科生的《食品生物化学》期末考试试卷进行分析。该试卷试题难度适中,区分度和信度良好,成绩可靠,但教学和命题仍需进一步改进。
Food biochemistry is a basic course for the students of Food and Bioengineering College in Xuchang University. It was used to analyze the finals results of Food biochemistry, which included 141 nursing undergraduates. The quality of examition was generally moderate difficulty, and the degree of discrimination and the reliability coefficient were good, test scores were trustworthy, but teaching and proposition were still needed to be further improved.
