Teaching Reform in Food Engineering Principles Based on Mooc for Innovative Thinking

本课题针对应用技术型高校的办学特色,结合实际情况,在食品工程原理的教学中引入慕课创新思维。从教学内容改革、学生学习积极性探索和教师水平的提高三个方面展开基于慕课创新思维的食品工程原理课程教学改革。最终达到教学相长,进一步推进面向应用技术型高校的教学改革进程。

In this paper, we introduce Mooc for innovative thinking to the teaching of the food engineering principles based on the school-running characteristics of the application of technology-oriented universities. Emphatically discuss the teaching content reform, the students＇ initiative exploration and the improvement of the teachers＇ level. Finally, it reaches the teaching level and further advances the teaching reform process for the application of technology-oriented universities.
