简述高炉炼铁工艺细颗粒物PM2.5排放特性

摘要 在我国加快城市化和工业化的进程中,因为VOC_8、NO_X、SO_X、汽车尾气、工业粉尘、工业烟尘等大气污染物的大量排放造成PM_(2.5)的污染问题越发严重。本文通过ELPI(静电低压撞击器)分析高炉炼铁工艺中细颗粒物PM_(2.5)的质量浓度和粒径等排放特性。分析结果表明,矿槽除尘之后PM_(2.5)的粒数浓度大概在10~5cm^(-3)左右,其颗粒物的主要粒径低于1μm,质量浓度的分布是单峰;而出铁场进行除尘之后PM_(2.5)的粒数浓度大概在10~6cm^(-3)左右,其颗粒物的粒径比0.1μm要小。
