摘要
文章以多岛礁要地防空作战需求为牵引,结合现代防空反导作战新特点,综合考虑空袭目标的主要因素和要地的相对价值,在遭受多目标攻击情况下,利用粗糙集理论,从不精确、不一致、不完整等大量不完备信息中求取最小不变集合,求解最小规律集,得出指标权重,并对目标的威胁等级进行排序。粗糙集理论能够大大提高提取有用信息的效率,从而揭示不完备信息中隐含的规律。经过案例分析,表明该方法能够客观地对空袭目标的威胁等级进行排序,对于多岛礁要地防空作战决策研究具有一定的参考价值。
To meet the demand of key position air-defense operational requirements in the multiple island-reefs, and combining the new characteristics of modern air defense of anti-missile operation, as well as synthetically considering the main factors of air striking targets and the relative value of key position, in this paper, the rough set theory was used to obtain the minimal invariant set and solve the minimum rule set from much inaccurate, inconsistent, and incomplete information, derive the index weight, as well as rank the threat level of the targets in the case of being attacked by several targets.So as to reveal the implicit rules in incomplete information, the rough set theory could greatly improve the efficiency of extracting useful information. It was shown that this method could objectively rank the threat level of the air raid targets,which had the certain referent value for the study of the essential air defense operation decision in the multiple islandreefs after the cases analyses.
