摘要
20世纪末,美国基于教育法案背景下普通学生体适能测试的补缺和对残疾学生个人健康的诉求,完成了《残疾青少年体适能测试标准》(BPFT)的研制,从理念、目标和内容、评价等层面架构不同残疾特征的体适能测评体系,标准采用正常参照的评价方式,能科学评估残疾青少年的健康体适能状况。探讨与分析美国残疾青少年健康体适能测试的理念、研制原理和架构模式,旨在为我国研制残疾青少年体质健康标准提供思路与借鉴。
The end of the 20th century, the United States based on bill of education under the background of the ordinary students fitness test of fill a vacancy for disabled students and personal health demands, completed the development of the journal disabled youth fitness test, from the aspects of concept, target and content, evaluation architecture characteristics of different disabilities fitness assessment system, the standard normal reference evaluation method, to be scientific assessment of disabled youth health fitness condition. This paper discusses and analyzes the concept, development principle and architecture model of fitness test for disabled youth in the United States, and aims to provide ideas and references for the development of physical fitness standard for disabled adolescents in China.
