吉林省高等教育与经济增长关系研究——基于灰关联熵模型

The Research on the Relationship between Development of Higher Education and Economic Growth in Jilin Province:Based on the Grey Relation Entropy Model

论文通过设置四个维度的高等教育指标和三个维度的经济指标,构建了反映吉林省高等教育与经济增长关系的指标体系,在灰关联分析的基础上,引入灰关联熵分析模型,客观、定量地分析了吉林省高等教育发展与经济增长的主要影响因素及其相应的数量关系。研究结果显示:吉林省高等教育发展与经济增长之间的关系在总体上比较显著,相互之间依赖性比较强。但是通过灰关联熵的排序分析得到,居民收入和消费能力是吉林省高等教育发展的主要影响因子,而高等教育发展与产业结构之间的协调度还不够高,GDP和公共财政收入在高等教育发展的过程中影响并不突出。因此,吉林省高等教育在未来发展过程中,还需加大政府财政对高等教育经费的转移支付,促进其与产业结构协调发展。

By setting four dimensions of higher education indicators and three dimensions of economic indicators,we constructthe index system which reflects the relationship between the development of higher education and economic growth in Jilin Province.On the basis of gray relational analysis,this paper introduces the model of gray relational entropy analysis,and objectively and quantitatively analyzes the main influential factors and correspondingly quantitative relationsof higher education development and economic growth in Jilin Province.The results show that the relationship between the development of higher education and economic growth in Jilin Province is generally remarkable,and the dependence is relatively strong.However,the ranking ofgray relational entropy shows that residents＇ income and consumption ability are the main factors influencing the development of higher education in Jilin Province,while thecoordination degree between the development of higher education and the industrial structure is not high enough,GDP and public finance income in the process of the development of higher education is not prominent.Therefore,for the future development of higher education in Jilin Province,the government need to increase financial inputs in higher education and to strengthen the coordinated development of industrial structure.
