摘要
《国务院关于在市场体系建设中建立公平竞争审查制度的意见》的出台具有非常重要的历史意义,这标志着公平竞争审查制度在我国开始建立,但是它在客观上还存在很多有待于完善的地方。应当根据公平竞争审查的制度化在体系上的要求来进行深化发展,促进我国公平竞争审查制度的科学健全。
The introduction of the document, named Opinions of the State Council on the Establishment of Fair Competition Assessment System in the Construction of the Market System, has very important historical significance, which marks the Fair Competition Assessment in our country began to be established. However, there are still many places to be improved objectively. We should deepen the development of the system in accordance with the requirements of the Fair Competition Assessment, and accelerate scientifc and sound development of Fair Competition Assessment in our country.
