文章借鉴国外著名高校教学发展中心建设,从教学资源、教学评估、教师培训等多方面,探讨了教学发展中心如何整合校内外丰富的教学资源,介绍先进教学理念、方法与技术,帮助教师提高教学质量、培养教学方法的多元化,协助教学方法改进与创新,以此促进教师专业发展,提高教学品质与教育热忱。

Through studying the teaching resources, teaching evaluation, teacher training and other aspects on some well-knownforeign universities teaching and development centers, the methods of integrating teaching resources from all around the world werediscussed, advanced teaching methods was introduced to help teachers improve teaching quality, help teaching methods improve andinnovate, promoting teachers＇ professional development, and increasing enthusiasm of teaching.
