摘要
公司治理课程引入情景剧教学法有利于学生发挥创新精神和培养团队协作能力,也有助于加深教师对学生的了解和提升课程教学实效性。其主要措施包括精选主题和编写剧本、全员参与和精美展现、分享感悟和总结评价等。在此过程中,需要处理好的关系包括:个性与共识的关系、幽默搞笑与知识内化的关系、以及学生实际与企业实际的关系。
The scene drama teaching used in corporate governance teaching helps students develop their innovative spirit and cul-tivate teamwork ability, and also helps deepen teachers' understanding of students and enhance the effectiveness of teaching. Themain measures include the selection of themes and the writing of the script, the full participation and the exquisite presentation, thesharing of the perception and the summary evaluation. In this process, the relationships that need to be dealt with include: the rela-tionship between personality and consensus, the relationship between humor and knowledge internalization, and the relationship be-tween students' actual and business reality.
