摘要
我国高校现有德育教学存在固有模式,沧州四所地方院校变革效果差强人意,新时代下学生素质发生了明显变化,这些都为高校德育教学模式变革以核心素养为基础提供了必要性。并且,许多国家构建起以核心素养框架来培养人才,德育目标与核心素养目标也具有一致性。因此需要提高德育教师队伍素质;完善课程设定标准;实行多元德育评价方式;灵活运用多种教学方式;理论教学与实践教学相结合,提高学生理解和应用知识的能力。
There are inherent teaching modes in current moral education in colleges and universities, and the reforms of theteaching mode of moral education in colleges and universities in four local colleges in Cangzhou have not worked well, and the qual-ity of students in the new era has changed obviously. All of these provide a necessity for the reform of the teaching mode of moraleducation in colleges and universities based on the core literacy. Many countries have built up core literacy framework to cultivatetalent, and the goal of moral education and core literacy also has consistency. So we need to improve the quality of the teachers ofmoral education, perfect curriculum set standards, implement a multivariate evaluation of moral education, use various teaching meth-ods, and combine the theory teaching with the practice teaching to improve students' ability of understanding and application ofknowledge.
