摘要
高职院校兼职教师的激励约束机制并未根本形成。针对高职院校在兼职教师激励约束机制方面存在的问题和不足,借鉴示范高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的做法和经验,提出高职院校构建兼职教师激励约束机制的途径和手段。
The incentive and restraint mechanism of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges has not been formed. Due tothe problems and shortcomings of the incentive and restraint mechanism of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,and itlearns from the practice and experience of the construction of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges; therefore,there aresome ways and approaches of constructing the incentive and restraint mechanism of part-time teachers in higher vocational collegesthat need to be put forward.
