摘要
社会服务既是高职院校的核心功能,也是民办高职院校的重要财源。社会培训是高校为社会服务的主要形式,也是高职院校的优势项目。民办高职教师的社会培训实践中存在着培训对象集中、培训内容单一、培训效益低微等不足,建议民办高职院校构建以激励主体、激励客体和激励方式为要素的激励机制,采取搭建协同创新平台、完善社会服务机制、优化教师职业发展等策略来优化社会服务激励机制。
Social service is not only the core function of higher vocational colleges, but also the important financial resources ofprivate vocational colleges. Social training is the main form of social service and the advantage of higher vocational colleges. In non-governmental social training of vocational teachers in practice there are some shortcomings such as too concentrated training object,too single content, low efficiency of training and so on. So it is suggested that private higher vocational colleges should build the in-centive mechanism to encourage the subject and the object, with incentives way as the elements, build collaborative innovation plat-form, perfect the social service mechanism, and optimize the teachers' professional development strategy to optimize social service in-centive mechanism.
