摘要
针对配方实验中加液过程中的局部阻力进行理论计算和模拟仿真,研究雷诺系数对流体的影响,实现装置高效、精确的加液功能。首先对料液在管道中的流动进行流体动力学分析,并对加液系统进行建模和离散化分析;其次对其局部阻力进行理论计算和分析,研究雷诺系数对流体的压力变化和平均速度的影响;最后使用Fluent软件对其流动过程中的流场分布进行模拟仿真及分析。经仿真分析,在装置的加液过程中,雷诺系数与压力降成反比,与速度增大量成正比。
Tobacco flavoring charging is an important part of cigarette manufacturing, guaranteeing good quality of cigarette. Before put into production, it will be carried out in laboratory for tobacco formula experiment. The purpose of this paper is to design and study the control system of liquid filling accuracy and liquidation efficiency in formulation experiment. Firstly, the fluid dynamics of the liquid in the pipeline is analyzed, and modeling and discretization of the liquid system are carried out. Secondly, local resistance is calculated and analyzed theoretically. Effect of Reynolds coefficient to pressure change and average speed of flow is studied; The flow field distribution in flow process is simulated and analyzed by Fluent software. Through simulation analysis, the Reynolds coefficient is inversely proportional to pressure drop in the process of adding liquid, and it is proportional to speed increase.
