摘要
为分析研究国产汽车外后视镜电动折叠器存在动态特性差造成冲击和寿命短的问题,提出从运动学和动力学特性的角度去分析电动折叠器,定性定量地分析后视镜折叠过程中的受力情况。利用ADAMS建立了汽车外后视镜电动折叠器虚拟样机模型,并以此对其进行了运动学及动力学仿真分析。得出了蜗杆、齿轮及轴的受力关系。
In order to analyze the problems of impact and short service life caused by poor dynamic characteristics in electric folding device of domestic automobile rearview mirror, it’s put forward to analyze the folding device from the kinematic and dynamic characteristics, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of force in the process of folding rearview mirror. Based on ADAMS, a virtual prototype model of the electric folding device of the automobile rearview mirror is established. The force relation of worm, gear and shaft is obtained.
