摘要
根据土压平衡盾构机结构和工作特点,研究了掘进过程中掘进力的传递关系。以动力箱为研究对象,在不同工况下对其进行力学仿真分析,搭建了盾构机掘进力检测系统。利用该系统对在新加坡实施挖掘工程的φ6.64 m盾构机进行了实验验证,通过采集9个工程段的数据,进行了计算分析。仿真结果和实验结果比较表明:所提出的掘进力的测量方法是合理有效的。
The model of force transferring in tunneling process was provided according to the characteristics of structure and working of earth pressure balance (EPB) shield tunneling machine. A detection system of thrust force of the shield machine was established by mechanical simulation analysis of power box under different working conditions. Through this system, the data of a project was analyzed which was collected from the experiment of φ6.64 meters shield in Singapore. The comparison of the results between the simulation and the experiment shows that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.
