摘要
结合当代汽车行业发展对于车身轻量化的新需求,通过搜集某款客车车身CAD以及UG三维图纸,利用Workbench建立了车身骨架有限元模型。分析了4种工况下客车车身骨架的应力应变分布,提出了相应结构上的轻量化改进方案,在保证车身在不同工况下刚度、强度要求的前提下,车身重量相对原来减轻了4.916%,达到了车身轻量化的目的。
] Combined with new demand of development of automobile industry, through collection of a bus body CAD and UG three-dimensional drawings, finite element model of body frame is established by Workbench. Then we analyzed the distribution of stress and strain of the bus body frame in four cases, put forward corresponding lightweight structure of improved scheme, to ensure the car body weight reduced by 4.916% compared with the original under different conditions of stiffness and strength requirements, and reach the objective of body lightweight.[
