浅谈泵类测试快速装夹装置的研究现状

Research Status of Quick Clamping Device for Pump Test

泵类产品性能测试时,被试泵与试验管道的联接费时长、劳动强度大、自动化水平低,且传统的联接方式越来越不能满足泵类快速测试的要求。针对以上问题,介绍了几种泵类测试快速装夹装置,分析了其原理、优缺点及使用场合,为泵类生产企业提供参考。

When the pump is tested, the connection between the test pump and the test pipeline takes long time with high labor intensity and low automation level. In recent years, with the development of the domestic pump industry, the traditional connection mode can not meet the requirements of the rapid test of pumps. This paper introduces several kinds of fast clamping device, analyzes its principle, advantages, disadvantages and application occasions, so as to facilitate the selection of pump manufacturers.
