摘要
高压油泵作为发动机的一部分,对船的动力性和稳定性都有极其重要的影响,其中高压油泵壳体的模态参数是高压油泵设计初期重要的参考指标。本文在三维建模软件Pro/E中建立高压油泵壳体的三维模型,利用Abaqus软件对其模态进行了仿真计算,得到了其前十阶模态的振型和固有频率,并对结果进行了分析。
High pressure oil pump as a part of the engine has an extremely important influence on the power and stability of a ship. The modal parameters of the shell of high pressure oil pump are an important reference index in the initial design. Three dimensional model of the shell of high pressure oil pump is established in the three- dimensional modeling software Pro/E. The modal analysis is preceded by using Abacus software. And modal shapes and natural frequencies of the first ten orders are obtained.
