宏程序在压铸模具型腔部件加工中的分类应用

摘要 宏程序是数控加工中心操作手工编程的高级技巧。模具部件是单件小批量生产,二维轮廓与三维成型部位混合,手工编程与CAM编程共存。总结二维形状部位的共性,编制准确实用的宏程序,就会将复杂部件简单化,将NC操作人员的责任心与效率同步提升。本文通过大量实践验证,将模具型腔部件数控加工中二维形状模式化后,编制出简要精炼的宏程序,为广大模具数控加工人员快速掌握应用宏程序提供了有效的帮助。 Macro program is the advanced technique of manual programming in NC. Mold parts are produced in small batches, the 2D contour is mixed with the 3D forming part, and manual programming coexists with CAM programming. Summing up the commonness of the 2D shape parts and compiling accurate and practical macro programs, the complicated components will be simplified and the responsibility and efficiency of the NC operators will be improved simultaneously. Through a lot of practice and the 2D shape is modularized, a concise macro program is compiled. The existence of macro program has provided effective help for the NC machining staff to master the macro program quickly.
