摘要 由于有些果树很高,人们采摘高处水果既费工又费力。本设计在现有高空采摘设备的基础上,设计了一种全自动高空采摘机,以此来取代人力,采摘高处水果。车体链接可伸缩的采摘设备,车体利用单片机记忆路线,采摘水果则利用传感技术区别秸秆与果实,最后将果实装入车厢。运用CAD、Solidworks建立模型分析后,能够满足高空采摘的要求。已有的高空水果采摘设备是需要人们自己背着篮子,用力拉才能使果实掉落。全自动高空水果采摘设备,利用科技智能化、全自动化将果实收入。该装置设计成功后,节约人力与物力,使高空水果采摘设备在全智能条件下更方便人们劳作。在智能化时代,人们越来越希望省时省力,也越来越依赖智能。全自动高空水果采摘设备在农业上有很大发展前景,可以代替人力应用于大型果园,既无需人力,也能节省采摘时间,全自动水果采摘设备使人们在智能化条件下越来越悠闲,舒适,更适合社会未来的发展。 For human being, it is a waste of time and physical strength to pick the fruits growing on a high tree. In order to replace the manpower and pick up the high fruit, a fully automatic fruit picking machine at high altitude has been designed based on the existing high altitude picking equipment. The scalable picking equipment is linked with vehicle body. A single chip computer is set up on the vehicle body to memorize routes. The sensor technology is used to distinguish between straw and fruit while picking fruit. The picking machine model has been established by CAD and solid work software. The analysis results show that the picking machine can satisfy the requirement of picking fruits at high altitude. The existing equipment picking fruit at high altitude requires people to carry their own baskets and pull the fruits down. Fully automatic fruit pickers for high-altitude are able to put fruits in the basket directly so that a lot of manpower and material resources can be saved in the process of picking fruits.
