Research on the Promotion and Development of College Football under the Background of "Healthy China"----Taking the Campus Football of Dalian University as an Example

借助新时期"健康中国"发展理念,运用文献资料法、实验研究法和实证研究法,以足球运动为核心手段,对大连大学大学生实施体质健康干预和实证研究。研究足球运动对大学生体质健康改善的影响作用,探索新背景下高校推广足球运动的可行性和实施方案,为高校树立"健康中国,健康为本"教育思想,提升大学生体质健康水平,助推"健康中国"建设发挥积极作用。

With the help of the concept of ＂healthy China＂ in the new era, using the methods of documentation, experimental and empirical research, we take football as the core means to carry out physical health intervention and empirical research on college students in Dalian University. The research on the influence of football sports to improve the physical health of college students, to explore and implement the feasibility of promoting the sport in Colleges and universities in the new background, establish a ＂health Chinese for colleges and universities, health oriented＂ education, improve students＇ physical health level, play a positive role in boosting the healthy China construction.
