摘要
自2015年起,我国大陆除个别地区(内蒙古、新疆、西藏)实行省考外,教师资格实现了全国统考,这打破了师范生直接认定教师资格的旧传统。新教师资格考试制度有益于提升教师队伍的整体水平,有益于为教师队伍增加新鲜血液,促进教师专业化,从长远看必然促进我国教育事业的不断发展。但将师范生也纳入教师资格考试范畴,对师范生的人才培养形成了倒逼态势,对体育教育专业而言更是挑战与机遇并存。因此体育教育专业必须调整培养方案,加强对学生教育实践能力的培养,以应对"国考",适应社会的需要,为国家培养高素质的体育教育人才。
Since 2015, except some areas(inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Tibet, the implementation of provincial examinations), teachers qualifications to achieve the national unified examination is exercised in China breaking the tradition of normal students directly identifying teachers’ qualification beneficial to the teachers by increasing the fresh blood in the teachers and by promoting the teachers professionalism, which in the long run will promote the continuous development of China’s education with normal students included, which has formed a reverse trend for the training of normal students with the challenge and opportunity for physical education major students. And physical education major should adjust to the training and to strengthen the students’ education ability to cope with the “national examination” to meet the needs of cultivating the high-quality sports students.
