摘要
本文依据《建设项目环境风险评价技术导则》与《危险化学品重大危险源辨识》,选取甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)生产装置中的光气化反应器进行环境风险事故源项分析、环境风险后果计算,预测了事故状态下对周围环境的影响,提出了环境风险防范措施,为TDI生产环境风险管理提供了技术支持。
Based on the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Risk Assessment of Construction Projects" and "Identifcation of Major Dangerous Sources of Hazardous Chemicals", this paper selects the photochemical reactors in the toluene diisocyanate (TDI) production plant to analyze the source items of environmental risk accidents and calculate the environmental risk consequences . The infuence of photochemical reactor of TDI production equipment on the surrounding environment was predicted, the environmental risk prevention measures were put forward, and the technical support for TDI production environment risk management was provided.
