木粉尘治理技术研究

Study on wood dust treatment technology

随着国内木材行业的兴起,木材加工产生的大量木粉尘已成为木材加工企业生产中的一个重要危险源,大量木粉尘会造成较大的人身和财产危害,为了有效地解决这一个问题,本文先对木粉尘的特性和危害性进行分析,归纳了木材加工企业生产技术和设备特点,给出了木材加工过程中产尘的原因及关键点,在此基础上对木粉尘的防护技术及治理设施进行优化设计和改造。

With the rise of timber industry in China, a large amount of wood dust produced by wood processing has become an important source of danger in wood processing enterprises. A large amount of wood dust will cause great personal and property damage. In order to effectively solve this problem , this paper analyzes the characteristics and hazards of wood dust, summarizes the production technology and equipment characteristics of wood processing enterprises, gives the reasons and key points of dust production in wood processing, and on this basis, the protection technology and management facilities of wood dust are optimized and designed.
