膜生物反应器处理生活污水的探讨

Membrane bioreactor treatment of domestic sewage

随着科技水平的不断提升,污水处理工艺也不断提高,其中膜生物反应器是近几年出现并采用的高端污水处理工艺。因此本文对膜生物反应器在生活污水处理问题上做出探讨,并得出结论利用此工艺处能够将废水转化为可直接使用的干净水。笔者对两种不同膜生物反应器的运行费用做出分析,认为一体式膜生物反应器的经济性最高。同时还对膜生物反应器在运行过程中存在的影响因素进行分析,并指出将膜生物反应器应用在生活污水处理当中,要做好尾气处理、降低噪音、注重消毒等。

With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the sewage treatment process is also continuously improved. The membrane bioreactor is a high-end sewage treatment process that has appeared and adopted in recent years. Therefore, this paper discusses the domestic wastewater treatment of membrane bioreactor and concludes that this process can be used to convert wastewater into clean water that can be used directly. The author analyzes the running costs of two different membrane bioreactors and thinks that the integrated membrane bioreactor is the most economical. At the same time, the infuencing factors existed in the process of membrane bioreactor were also analyzed. It was pointed out that the application of membrane bioreactor in domestic sewage treatment should be done well in tail gas treatment, noise reduction and disinfection.
