对公路建设项目施工期环境管理的探讨

Disscussion on environmental management of highway construction project during construction period

通过分析我国公路建设项目施工期环境管理制度及环境管理主体的现状,基于内蒙古自治区交通运输厅开展公路建设项目施工期环境管理工作的相关实践与经验,针对我国公路建设项目施工期环境管理工作薄弱的问题,提出加强公路建设项目施工期环境管理的四点建议,以期推动我国公路建设项目施工期各项环境管理的发展与进步。

Through the analysis of the current situation of environmental management system and the main body of environmental management in the construction period of highway construction projects in China, based on the practice and experience of environmental management during construction period of highway construction project carried out by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region transportation and transportation department,in view of the weakness of environmental management in the construction period of highway construction projects in China, four suggestions on strengthening environmental management during the construction period of highway construction projects were put forward, in the hope of the development and progress of environmental management in the construction period of highway construction projects in China.
