摘要
优化了以二正丁胺(DBA)为原料,环氧乙烷(EO)为羟乙基化试剂生产N,N-正二丁基乙醇胺(DBAE)的反应工艺,在原料物质的量之比(EO/DBA)为0.8,温度65℃,质量分数为5%的水作催化剂的条件下,通过调节环氧乙烷的加料速率,控制系统压力不超过1 MPa,获得的目标产物DBAE的收率高。经底物拓展,该工艺路线也适用于合成N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺及N,N-二正丙基乙醇胺系列产品。
The reaction process of synthesizing N,N-dibutylethanolamine with dibutylamine (DBA) as the raw material and ethylene oxide (EO) as the hydroxyethylation reagent was optimized. When the molar ratio of the raw material (EO/DBA) was 0.8, the temperature was 65 ℃, the catalyst was 5% water, and the ethylene oxide injection rate was controlled by maintaining the system pressure not exceeding 1 MPa, the yield of the target product N,N-dibutylethanolamine was high. Through further substrate development, the process route was also applicable to the synthesis of N,N-dimethylethanolamine, N,N-diethylethanolamine and N,N-dipropylethanolamine.
