摘要
采用随机抽样的方法,对武汉某高校寝室、教室共50台空调机的过滤网和散热片进行涂抹采样,根据空调污染原理,采用《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》中微生物检测方法,检测其中的细菌数和真菌数。检测结果:过滤网上细菌均值为(1620.00)cfu/cm^2,真菌均值为(1286.68)cfu/cm^2;散热片上细菌均值为(1902.00)cfu/cm^2,真菌均值为(1612.32)cfu/cm^2,均超过国家空调卫生合格标准:细菌和真菌总菌落数均应≤100 cfu/cm^2。同时开展了网上问卷调查,了解广大师生对空调的使用和清洗情况,并针对反映的问题,给予相关建议和解决措施。
Using random sampling method to daubing samples of filter screens and heat sinks of 50 air-conditionings in dormitories and classrooms at Universities in Wuhan. According to the principle of air conditioner pollution, using the microbial detection methods of 《The central air-conditioning ventilation systems in public places health norms》to detect the number of bacteria and funguses on the filter screens and the heat sinks. The result display: the average quantity of bacteria on filter screens are(1620.00)cfu/cm^2,and the funguses of it are(1286.68)cfu/cm^2; the average quantity of bacteria on heat sinks are(1902.00)cfu/cm^2, and the funguses of it are(1612.32)cfu/cm^2, both of them have exceeded the National air conditioning hygiene standard: the total bacterial colonies of bacteria and funguses are not exceeding about 100 cfu/cm^2. Meantime, online questionnaire survey is carried out to understand the using and cleaning of air conditionings through teachers and students. And Provide relevant Suggestions and solutions to related problems.
