摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,我国出现了经济发展与生态对立的问题。如果不采取有效方法拯救生态问题,严重的污染会达到生态环境难以承受的极限,城市的生态环境问题将随时出现,并会造成束手无策的困境,这将会成为我国创建小康社会和可持续发展的最难以突破的瓶颈,会影响全球环境和中国的国际地位与形象。
